Steve Winder has been working as a real estate agent since 2000. Under the tutelage of Richard Spencer, long-time real estate investor and agent, he gained experience in all kinds of real estate sales and investments, and has helped hundreds of people accomplish their real estate goals. He has been managing apartments since 2003. He bought his own apartment building in 2004, which effectively immersed him in the real estate investment world.

Steve graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor's degree in International Studies and minors in Asian Studies and Japanese. His interest in Japan comes in large part from his service as a missionary in Tokyo for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from 1993 to 1995. His hobbies include camping, hiking, biking, reading, and remodeling. He has been actively involved in boy scouting for most of his life: as a scout when he was growing up and now as an adult leader. 

Sabrina Winder joined The Property Guys in 2008 as a team member, but has been around real estate sales for most of her life. Sabrina's passion is for people. She has always enjoyed getting to know people and tirelessly looks for ways to help them out. She serves as a children's sunday school leader at church. Sabrina's hobbies include playing and teaching violin, spending time in the outdoors, gardening, and finding a good shopping deal. Her organizational and people skills promise to enhance the team's ability to provide excellent service.

Sabrina and Steve are the parents of four wonderful children: Rebekah, James, Michael, and Thomas.
